Broadcasting of any material contained on this website, group viewings or sharing is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in prosecution. Subscriptions and memberships to the material in protected areas of this website grants the customer access to this content but ownership of the content remains solely with Letterbox Magic. Once a purchase has been made, instant access is given to restricted content, therefore no refunds can be given. Regarding subscriptions, the fee for the next subscription period (1, 3, 6 or 12 month) will be taken at the end of each current subscription period for the relevant time period at the same rate as the current term. Prior notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before the next subscription period. Subscription fees are taken on the same date of the month as your previous payment. One membership is intended for one person and is not transferable, hence access is restricted to being logged in to one device at any one time. Any physical materials accompanying subscriptions are delivered free of charge within the UK and usually processed in 1-3 business days. All products can be shipped outside of the UK upon the payment of an additional shipping and handling charge which will be invoiced to the account holder. This charge will be calculated upon request, enquiries can be made via the Contact page. A "Course" is generally static content which will not necessarily be added to, however, additional bonuses may be added from time to time. Lifetime Membership entitles the member to access to that particular course indefinitely via the Letterbox Magic website. If for whatever reason access can no longer be given in this way or an alternative cannot be offered, the member will be given the opportunity to download the content provided their contact email address is up to date. Alternatively and although highly unlikely, Letterbox Magic reserves the right to make the content "Open Source" at any time, no refunds will be given in this circumstance. Personal details provided to Letterbox Magic by a customer are encrypted and kept on file, these will not be disclosed to any 3rd parties for any reason whatsoever (other than the highly unlikely event of an official court order). We will never share your information with 3rd party advertisers or marketing companies. Failure to comply with the conditions above will result in immediate suspension of any membership account with no refund given, any prepaid term of membership will be forfeited by the account holder.
